Fitness BINGO | A new way to shake up your fitness routine

So it’s no secret that I’ve been kind of lost these past couple of weeks. I feel like I lost focus on my blog. I’ve let myself get overwhelmed by seemingly benign parenting hurdles — a teething, fussy baby and a toddler determined to assert herself.

I’m working on some longer, in-depth articles, but I know that if I want this blog to gain any traction, I need to post frequently and consistently.

So what can I write about multiple times per week, engage my readers on social media, and keep with my “mom fitness” theme?
